PT. PRI INDONESIA

PRI Indonesia initiated its business through the establishment of PT PRI Indonesia on December 12th, 2004, in Jakarta. In order to link our business to global commerce, we affiliated ourselves with Pacific Resources Incorporated, a trading and Project Development Company based in Washington DC USA. As the economy growth in Indonesia, we see the opportunity in developing infrastructure project and we also projected that the demand in imported industrial product and commodities in Indonesia is still promisingly high, to anticipate these opportunity, we diversified ourselves into two divisions: Project Development division, and Distributorship & Trading division.

Project Development Divisions

We are currently handling various project developments such as some of the Independent Power Producer in Indonesia located outside Java, transmission project for PLN in Sumatera, Coal and Gold concession in Berau, East Kalimantan, and Palm Plantation in Berau, East Kalimantan.

To participate in government mission to promote the use of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) as an alternative energy, we also involved in Kiani Pacific Nusantara, an LPG ( Liquid Petroleum Gas) filling station based in Tabanan, Bali with
120 MT/day filling capacities, that has been successfully started in year 2007.

Distributorship and Trading Divisons

Commencing business as a major importer for transformer oil products in Indonesia, we have received trust from the 3rd largest transformer oil producers in the world, APAR Industries LTD, India, to become their distributor partner in Indonesia. PT PRI Indonesia has sold over 2,000,000 Liters of transformer oil per annum to clients across Indonesia, which is almost 30% of Transformer oil market share in Indonesia.

We have also expanded our activities to trade commodities such as fuel oil, and bunker fuel as well as organic and inorganic chemicals, such as, urea, ammonium sulphate, muriate of potash (MOP), triple super phosphate, NPK, kieserite and rock phosphate. In addition to those commodities, we are expanding our business to off-take certain quantities of mining products such as coal, and iron ore.

Product Overview

SICOM3024P is a layer 2 managed industrial Ethernet switch designed to operate reliably in electrically harsh and climatically demanding utility substation and industrial environments. SICOM3024P supports up to 4 gigabit fiber/copper ports and 24 fast Ethernet fiber/copper ports, meets the IEC61850 and IEEE1613 standards and approved by KEMA. SICOM3024P is a 19-inch 1U rack mountable device and its internal modular design offers the maximum flexibility for easy expansion.SICOM3024P supports many Layer 2 software features such as port, VLAN, multicast, QoS, fast redundant ring. It supports Console, Telnet, Web management and network management software based on SNMP. At present, the product is widely used at the intelligent substation and many other industrial communication systems.

Product Overview
Opal8 unmanaged 8-port switch is specially designed for automation control applications. It is equipped with two fast Ethernet fiber/RJ45 optional ports and 6 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports. Opal8 supports SC/ST/SFP type fiber ports, redundant power inputs, metal housing with IP30 protection class, thus ensuring fast and reliable data transmission in harsh industrial environments. Opal8 provides both standard (-10 to 60℃) operating temperature range model and wide (-40 to 75℃) operating temperature range models to meet different needs of applications.
